An Overview of Whiteboard

The word whiteboard includes many different tools meant for communicating in classrooms and offices. Originally, a whiteboard was indeed a board in white color which could be erased dry. It got so named due to its similarity to traditional blackboards that used chalks for writing. Quite similar to a blackboard, a whiteboard is an apparatus. One may write on it and erase the content. It may be used for almost the same applications as a traditional chalkboard. You can create a space on a whiteboard that can be seen by a number of people who can refer to it and interact through the same. The whiteboard is usually hung in the office in the cabins or board rooms.
One problem that some people face on using the dry erasable markers is their odour. So, they should carefully avoid using markers which are not especially made for use on surfaces, as they are difficult to erase. You can get such whiteboards in varying sizes. The whiteboard markers are erasable and also have bolder colours as compared to chalks, but if you use them, they do not create any kind of dust like chalks while writing. The whiteboards are used in meeting rooms, board rooms while confronting their teams and giving the feedbacks to the respective teams.
